Refund policy

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, protective films, and accessories must be intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

⚠️ Important: Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), KROVEN will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as KROVEN cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked packages.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at krovenhelp@gmail.com, including:

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Your order number and full name

Our support team will review your case and provide a replacement or full refund if applicable.


Non-returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another model, color, or variant:

  1. Complete the standard return process for the original item.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for your preferred item.

This ensures faster processing and accurate tracking.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to process the transaction.

International Returns & Customs

For international customers:

  • Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all customs forms are correctly completed.

  • Returns must be declared as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import fees.

Failure to do so may result in delays or deductions from your refund.


Refund Exceptions (Regional Laws)

We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws worldwide:

  • European Union: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other regions: Local consumer laws may grant similar protections, which we fully respect.

All returned items must still meet the unused and original-condition requirements outlined above.
