1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package at any time.
Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear after shipment.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected service, and total order weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, KROVEN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
However, we take customer satisfaction seriously:

If your package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
KROVEN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order.
If you need to make adjustments, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages to speed up delivery or due to stock distribution across warehouses.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if applicable.
